Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Step 2: Prepare the Fermentation Liquid

Once the desired flavor develops, strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer into clean bottles. Discard the garlic, mint, and lime solids or compost them.

Step 7: Refrigerate

Seal the bottles and refrigerate immediately. Chilling slows the fermentation process while preserving the fresh flavor.

Serve the infusion well chilled over ice with fresh mint leaves and a thin slice of lime.
