Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add melted butter, keto sweetener, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until a thick batter forms.

Step 5

In a small bowl, combine the keto brown sweetener and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.

Step 6

Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter.

Step 7

Add the remaining batter, then top with the remaining cinnamon mixture. Use a butter knife to gently swirl the cinnamon through the batter.

Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
